This includes a license to install and use any downloadable software we provide solely for the purpose of running, developing with, or integrating with the Endor platform.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your use of the Service, including any code, content, or data you upload, execute, or transmit.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
  • Upload, execute, or distribute malicious software or code;
  • Circumvent or interfere with security mechanisms, sandboxing, rate limits, or access controls;
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform or infrastructure;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or internal logic of any part of the Service, including downloadable software;
  • Copy, clone, or replicate any part of the Service, including the platform UI, virtual machine runtime, downloadable software, or APIs;
  • Distribute, sublicense, or resell the Service or any downloadable component without our express permission.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related software, technology, design elements, and content (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of The Endor Developers or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You retain full ownership of any code, data, or content you upload, generate, or execute via the Service (“User Content”). We do not claim any ownership of your User Content and do not pre-screen it.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY DOWNLOADABLE COMPONENTS, IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR SYSTEM COMPATIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR CONTRIBUTORS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL, AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS EXCEED ZERO U.S. DOLLARS (US $0.00), REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION.
